Facts:
Beta test party was not for everyone. You had to apply to go and be accepted.
The 1 year hat was out for only one day like the beta test hat and was in the coffee shop in the bottom left corner.
Both Hats were like other items. You had to go to a box to get it.
The beta test hat was a over a year ago and it started in October.
There are less people with the beta hat on Club Penguin these days.
Both hats won't come out again!
